Managing your own property can present many problems. However, if you prefer not to be bothered by those emergency phone calls in the middle of the night, Casita Properties offers Full-Service Property Management to directly handle any problems. We take care of your property 24/7 in order to provide you 24/7 peace of mind.
Vendor Inquiries
If you are interested in becoming part of the Casita Properties vendor list, please fill out the information below. We will send you an application upon submittal. Once approved we will add your information to our vendor list. The vendor list is distributed to all community associations and residential managers and is used when procuring bids and/or services.
In addition to the application, the following information is required:
Copies of all business licenses: Contractors License, Swimming Pool Company Certifications, any licenses issued by the California Bureau of Real Estate or any other specialty licenses that apply to your company.
Copies of Certificates of Insurance:
- Workers Comp Insurance – Minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required naming Casita Properties as the Certificate Holder
- General Liability Insurance – Minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required naming Casita Properties as the Certificate Holder
- Automobile Insurance – Minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required naming Casita Properties as the Certificate Holder. Coverage must include Owned, Non-Owned and Hired Vehicles
A completed W-9 Form.
